What I Learned Working With 500+ People

Across more than 500 sessions, the same themes return: most people are exhausted by holding themselves together, the body releases the moment it feels safe, and lasting change comes from presence rather than force. These are reflections from experience, offered as a spiritual and energetic practice — not medical advice or a promise of results.

Almost Everyone Is Tired of Holding On

The most common thing I feel in a first session is not a specific pain — it is the weight of holding everything together. People arrive braced. The first gift of a session is simply permission to stop bracing.

The Body Releases When It Feels Safe

You cannot command the body to relax. It relaxes when it trusts the space it is in. My role is not to push energy around, but to hold a space calm and clear enough that the system chooses to let go on its own.

Symptoms Are Messengers

Again and again, tension, fatigue and unease turn out to be messages — the body asking for rest, honesty, or a boundary. When people finally listen, something shifts that no amount of effort could force.

“People do not need to be fixed. They need to feel safe enough to soften.”

Presence Does More Than Technique

After hundreds of sessions I trust presence far more than technique. The quality of attention in the room does more than any method. That is the heart of the traditional Balinese approach I was trained in.

This is shared from personal experience and is not a medical treatment or a guarantee of any outcome.
