TERMS & CONDITIONS — ESSENCE OF BALI / MATHIEU SUN 1. ACCEPTANCE By signing and completing a booking, class, workshop, private session, energy séance or donation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. 2. NATURE OF THE SERVICES All sessions, classes, workshops and energy practices offered by Essence of Bali, its founder Mathieu Gachignard ("Mathieu Sun"), and any yoga teachers, energy practitioners or facilitators working at or with the venue are offered for well-being, relaxation and personal development purposes only. They are NOT medical care, do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are never a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric advice. Always consult a qualified doctor for any health condition. 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Yoga, movement, breathwork and other physical practices carry an inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you are physically able to take part, that you have informed the teacher of any injury, condition or pregnancy, and that you take part voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. You agree to stop immediately and inform the teacher if you feel pain or discomfort. 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by French law, you release and hold harmless Essence of Bali, its founder Mathieu Gachignard, and all yoga teachers, energy healers, practitioners and facilitators from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation, including personal injury, loss or damage to personal property. 5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. If you cannot attend, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations may not be refunded. Where a booking includes a code for additional sessions, the code is personal and non-transferable. 6. DONATIONS Voluntary contributions ("direct payments" / donations) are given freely, without any obligation of result, and are non-refundable. 7. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR) Your name, email and booking details are used solely to manage your booking, send confirmations/reminders and, with your consent, occasional news. Data is never sold. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to the contact address on the website. 8. PHOTOS & RECORDINGS No photos or recordings of other participants may be taken without their explicit consent. 9. PROVIDER AGREEMENT (TEACHERS & PRACTITIONERS) Teachers and practitioners offering classes at Essence of Bali act as independent contractors, not employees. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) revenue from a class is split 90% to the provider and 10% to Essence of Bali as a venue/renting fee, which may change effective the 1st of any month with prior notice; (b) any "+€ extras" (towel, water, snack) is a product sold by Essence of Bali and kept 100% by the venue; (c) providers warrant they hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for their activity; (d) providers indemnify and hold harmless Essence of Bali and Mathieu Gachignard against claims arising from their own classes; (e) providers respect client confidentiality and GDPR, and agree not to solicit clients away from the venue for identical services for 6 months; (f) this agreement is governed by French law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse, France. 10.
